Arizona Lester

Arizona Lester is a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee dedicated to supporting children, individuals, and families through compassionate, strengths-based care. She is currently earning her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling at UMass Global. Arizona brings experience working in community mental health, customer service, and crisis-informed environments, which has strengthened her ability to build rapport, hold space, and support clients through complex emotional and relational challenges.

Arizona approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. She is passionate about helping clients feel heard, empowered, and understood, and she integrates evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s unique story. With a special interest in working with children and supporting family systems, she is committed to fostering safety, growth, and meaningful change.
