Cheryl will be graduating from Concordia University in December 2020 with a Master’s degree in Counseling, as a Professional Clinical Counselor. Much of her background has been working with traumatized populations in the Middle East. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting, as her passion is helping those that have experienced trauma. Cheryl’s style is essentially building a relationship to help explore core beliefs, and growth for clients to achieve a transformational life. With her broad range of life experience she welcomes everyone navigating through lifes ups and downs with empathy and compassion.
A native Californian, Cheryl enjoys socializing with Zumba, snow-shoeing, travel and walking her dogs.
