Cheyenne is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. She completed her bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in communication and sociology at the University of California Davis and currently studies Couple and Family Therapy at Alliant International University in Sacramento.
Cheyenne believes that change occurs when we embrace and build upon the strengths we already have. She also believes in the importance of healthy communication and of validating our each and every emotion. Her desire is to create a safe counseling space for emotional expression and room to explore and pursue goals for personal, relational, and emotional growth.
Cheyenne has a passion for foster, adoptive, and blended families after growing up in a blended family herself, as well as for the wellbeing of military personnel and their families due to her own close relationships with veterans.
In her free time, Cheyenne enjoys crocheting and other crafts, spending time with her cats and dogs, exercising, camping and being outdoors, and listening to podcasts.
