Emily SeidelMarriage and Family Therapist Trainee
Emily supports adults and older teens who are coping with anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns. Clients describe Emily’s approach as calm, caring, and practical. She integrates person-centered care with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and postmodern approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to help clients clarify values and make meaningful changes. Emily is earning an M.A. in Counseling at UMass Global and provides counseling at Hearts and Hands Counseling under licensed supervision. In-office and telehealth appointments are available. Outside of sessions, Emily enjoys reading, cooking, and Pilates.
