Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Humanistic Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jacqueline’s work is also informed by depth psychology, somatic techniques, guided visualizations, and her training in Non-Violent Communication. She incorporates the Gottman Method to help couples and families improve communication, build resilience, and foster healing. As a mother of two young adult children, Jacqueline brings personal insight into the complexities of parenting and family dynamics. Jacqueline's background as an exhibiting artist, yoga instructor, and breathwork guide enriches her integrative and creative approach to therapy.
