Jasmine NapenasJasmine is a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at William Jessup University. Prior to Jessup, she graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sierra College with an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education. She draws from cognitive-behavioral, experiential, solution-focused, and psychodynamic practices, while incorporating diverse strategies to meet each client’s unique needs.
Jasmine approaches therapy with a collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based orientation. She supports diverse clientele through empowerment and cultural sensitivity, while fostering a non-judgmental environment where individuals, couples, and families can feel seen and heard. She brings experience from working at youth residential facilities and coaching cross country and track & field at the community college level. Jasmine is passionate about children and athletes and eagerly welcomes clients of all ages. Outside of Hearts & Hands, Jasmine enjoys running, being outdoors for a regular dose of fresh air and sun, and traveling to new places. |
