Jenna Allen

Jenna comes to Hearts and Hands with a history of working with the LGBTQ+ community, the homeless population, and with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. She is a current student at California State University, Sacramento and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology in order to become a clinical counselor.

As the first person potential clients come in contact with at Hearts and Hands, Jenna believes that everyone reaching out for therapy should be greeted warmly with open arms, exactly as they are. Her goal is to make the process of connecting with a therapist quick and seamless.

In her free time Jenna enjoys spending time on the beach and going to music festivals.
