Jennifer integrates a holistic approach to therapy, honoring the wisdom of the body and emotion and holding awareness of the many forces that may impact you, including family dynamics and cultural systems. She incorporates embodiment practices, mindfulness, and Gestalt, among other approaches, to meet you where you are with curiosity, humility, and respect. Jennifer is a marriage and family therapist trainee pursuing a Master's in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
