Katrina HarveyKatrina is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in March 2026 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
Katrina’s approach is grounded in Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping clients better understand relationship patterns and build stronger emotional connections. She also integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support clients in identifying strengths and creating meaningful, goal-oriented change. She provides a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. Katrina is passionate about helping clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and move toward more fulfilling and connected lives. Outside of her professional life, Katrina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and practicing Zumba. She also finds joy in gardening and being in nature. |
