Liliana GuadarramaLiliana is a bilingual Spanish-speaking Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sacramento State University and is pursuing advanced studies in Couples and Family Therapy at Alliant International University in Sacramento. In addition to her academic achievements, Liliana has undertaken training in sound healing and attained certification in Gotman Level 1 methodologies.
Liliana believes that healing is sacred and every individual has the power to change their life. Her perspective fosters resilience and deepens the client’s human experience, allowing them to navigate with greater wisdom and compassion. She utilizes a relational and person-centered approach to best meet her clients’ individualized needs. Her work is grounded in psychodynamic principles and a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. An unwavering commitment to authenticity, warmth, and a nonjudgmental stance is central to Liliana’s therapeutic values. This creates a nurturing environment conducive to exploration, safety, connection, and personal growth.
