Mike shoreMike’s approach to therapy is grounded in the deep trust that each of us has an innate capacity to heal. He believes that when met with care, safety, and genuine presence, we naturally move toward greater wholeness. He draws from a range of modalities, including attachment-focused therapy, parts work, and somatic approaches.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a master’s in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco. In addition to his clinical training, Mike has spent the past decade immersed in meditation and contemplative practices. He is particularly interested in integrating mindfulness with therapy. Mike enjoys exploring ideas through books and podcasts, staying active, taking improv classes, seeing musicals, and making bad puns. |
