Noah Zuniga Sr.Noah is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently pursuing his Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant University, Sacramento. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus on Leadership, bringing a seasoned perspective on personal growth and organizational dynamics to his clinical work. Noah is also bilingual in Spanish.
Drawing from systemic frameworks, Noah utilizes theories such as contextual, emotionally focused, and narrative therapy to help individuals, couples, and families navigate complex life transitions. He believes that the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative space where clients can explore their histories and develop practical tools for lasting change. Having spent over two decades serving his country before transitioning to the field of mental health, he values the resilience it takes to embark on new chapters of life. A resident of the Sierra Nevada foothills, Noah finds balance through the outdoors, whether he is working in his garden or exploring local off-road trails. He is also a lifelong learner and polyglot, enjoying the nuances of language and the way they help connect people across different walks of life.
