Sabrina Griswold
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Sabrina is a feminist therapist who works with individuals of all genders, offering a bold, empowering approach to therapy for those navigating trauma, identity, relationships, burnout, and self-worth. With a deep belief that no one needs to stay small or quiet in the face of life's challenges, Sabrina provides a space where clients can reconnect with their truth and embrace their full potential.
Sabrina believes that trauma does not define one’s future. While the past shapes us, it does not have to limit what is possible for our future. She works with clients to unpack the weight of their experiences and empower them to rewrite their stories, reclaim their strength, and step into a life of meaning and autonomy. Drawing from feminist and existential therapies, Sabrina helps clients explore meaning, freedom, and personal growth while challenging societal norms and personal barriers that hold them back. Therapy with Sabrina is not about fixing; it’s about guiding clients to rediscover that they were never broken to begin with. Sabrina holds a master’s in clinical counseling from Alliant University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sacramento State University. She brings both practical insight and compassionate challenge to her work, always honoring each client’s autonomy and unique journey. |
