Sierra PostlerSierra is a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with National University.
She is passionate about helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, tough life transitions, or simply maneuvering life’s many difficulties. Her goal is to incorporate person centered therapy to best serve community members and offer services to those in need. She believes in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe to explore their struggles in order to grow and heal. Sierra enjoys working with children in the classroom, where she has worked as a substitute teacher the last five years. When not working she thrives outdoors: running, hiking, camping and backpacking. |
