Svetlana NetsvetayevaSvetlana is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee whose goal is to provide an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable exploring their struggles, aspirations, and goals. She is passionate about mental health and believes it plays a vital role in both emotional and physical well-being. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and relational growth. She is also interested in supporting individuals in navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship challenges, including conflict resolution and effective communication.
With a multicultural background, Svetlana brings cultural sensitivity and a deep sense of empathy to her therapeutic work. She views seeking therapy as a courageous act—one that reflects a person’s strength and commitment to growth. She believes in progress over perfection. She hopes to help clients improve their lives by supporting them on their journey toward better mental health and well-being and tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs. Svetlana has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with a minor in Public Health. She is currently pursuing her masters in Marital and Family Therapy at Alliant International University.
