Tara Cummiskey, AMFT 130743Tara received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno, and is currently working on completing her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Touro University Worldwide. Tara comes to Hearts and Hands with a history of working with homeless Veterans and victims of sexual assault, as well as on the suicide prevention hotline and crisis lines.
Tara believes the most important part of therapy is developing a trusting relationship with your therapist. She is comfortable working with diverse populations and facilitates a safe, respectful, and empathic therapeutic environment. Tara enjoys spending time with her son and dog doing anything outdoors, including hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing, and just enjoying nature. |
