Tara Cummiskey, AMFT 130743Tara is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, graduating summa cum laude from Touro University Worldwide. Tara comes to Hearts and Hands with a history of working with homeless Veterans and on the suicide prevention hotline and crisis lines.
Tara believes the most important part of therapy is developing a trusting relationship with your therapist. She is comfortable working with diverse populations and facilitates a safe, respectful, and empathic therapeutic environment. She is trained in EMDR therapy as well as DBT. In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her son and dog doing anything outdoors. |
