Taylor UtuloTaylor Utulo joins the team at Hearts and Hands Counseling with a background in office administration and operations support. She previously served as an office manager at a gymnastics facility, where she developed strong organizational and communication skills while supporting staff, families, and daily business operations.
Taylor values being part of organizations that serve their communities and believes thoughtful administrative work plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Taylor is passionate about organization, efficiency, and supporting teams to operate smoothly behind the scenes. She brings her skills in scheduling, workflow coordination, and office management to support both staff and clients, ensuring administrative processes run seamlessly and that each client’s first experience with the practice is positive and welcoming. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys volunteering with local animal rescues, staying active through running, trail running, and training for endurance races. She also enjoys exploring new places, embracing new adventures with her family, and values the experiences and community connections that come with being part of a military family. |
