About
Hearts & Hands Counseling is a nonprofit counseling organization dedicated to making quality mental health care more accessible to individuals, couples, and families in our community. Our mission is to provide compassionate, affordable counseling to those who may face financial, social, or other barriers to accessing mental health services.

Hearts & Hands serves as a training and development environment for emerging mental health professionals. Through supervision, mentorship, and hands-on clinical experience, we help prepare the next generation of counselors to serve their communities with competence, compassion, and integrity. The clinicians that provide services are trainees, meaning that they are enrolled in graduate school working on their Master's degrees, or associates, meaning that they have graduated with their Master's degrees and are pursuing hours towards clinical licensure.

A Gentle Path to Healing
We believe that trauma-informed care starts with the environment we create. Our approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and the understanding that every journey is unique. Here, you are met with soft support and professional guidance designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength.
Our Vision

We envision a community where every person has the opportunity to access compassionate mental health care, experience meaningful connection and healing, and build a life of greater hope and well-being. We aspire to strengthen families, develop resilient communities, and equip the next generation of mental health professionals to carry this work forward.
