James is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a strong academic foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Pepperdine University and his Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University.

James enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment. He believes that greater awareness of the relationships between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can help foster meaningful growth and lasting change.

His approach emphasizes self-understanding, practical skill development, and collaborative problem-solving. James works alongside clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, build on existing strengths, and develop effective strategies for navigating life's challenges.

Outside of his professional pursuits, James enjoys writing, spending time with his cat and dog, connecting with friends, and staying active through regular exercise.
