Emily Seidel,
MFTT/PCCT
Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee/Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee • she/her

Emily works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the ordinary struggles of being human. She believes therapy begins with genuine connection. When people feel safe enough to slow down, they often discover they already have many of the strengths and answers they have been searching for.
Clients describe Emily as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She brings curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative spirit to each session, helping clients make sense of their experiences, better understand themselves, and move toward lives that feel more authentic, connected, and meaningful. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Emily tailors therapy to each person's unique story, goals, and strengths, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to best support the work.
Emily is earning her M.A. in Counseling at UMass Global and provides counseling at Hearts and Hands Counseling under licensed supervision. She offers both in-office and telehealth appointments. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys reading, cooking, and Pilates.
Emily is supervised by Courtney Brain, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #114283.
