To easily access the office, please enter the parking lot on the Sierra Gardens entrance, and look for building 1100. You will see a staircase on the left side of the building. Go up the staircase to the second floor, go left around the corner, and we are immediately on the right.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like therapeutic sessions, evaluations, and specialized counseling fees. We ensure full transparency in our billing practices so you can focus entirely on your wellness journey without unexpected financial stressors.
