How much are counseling sessions?
Direct pay clients, or clients not using insurance, pay a scale of $30 to $135 per session depending on income level. Associate level clinicians have a scale starting at $50 per session.
Can a client anywhere obtain telehealth services?
Counselors in the state of California are allowed by law to provide counseling services to clients who reside in and are physically located in the State of California only.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Hearts and Hands Counseling accepts United Healthcare and subsidiaries. This includes Western Health Advantage and Optum. Please ask our intake coordinator if you are unsure if your insurance plan uses United Healthcare or a subsidiary.
I have a court order for therapy. Can Hearts and Hands help?
Yes, Hearts and Hands Counseling can assist with reunification, court-mandated therapy, and mental health diversion cases. Please reach out to discuss the specific details of your order, and we will collaborate with you to support you.
